Terms of Service

1. The service
PromptCanvas provides a subscription-based text-to-image generation service powered by Stability AI models. Plans grant a monthly credit allowance; each image costs 1 credit.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt fraud, or violate these terms.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Plans are billed monthly. Auto-renew charges the payment method saved with our payment gateway at the start of each cycle; you may disable auto-renew any time from your Account page. Prices and plan contents may change with notice. See the Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You may not generate content that is illegal, infringes third party rights, or violates the usage policies of the underlying AI providers. Outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or unexpected.
5. Intellectual property
You own the images you generate to the extent permitted by the model providers' licenses. PromptCanvas retains no ownership in your outputs.
6. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
