Refund Policy

1. Digital service
PromptCanvas sells access to a digital AI image-generation service billed monthly. Because credits are granted immediately upon payment, all sales are generally final.
2. When you may be eligible
A refund may be granted if: (a) you were charged after cancelling auto-renew, (b) a duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error, or (c) the service was unavailable for a continuous period of 7 days or more. Refunds are issued to the original card.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel auto-renew at any time from the Account page or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — no further charges are made.
4. How to request
Email us within 14 days of the charge with your account email and the receipt reference. We respond within 5 business days. See Terms for contact details.
